Privacy policy
Last updated: 16 October 2026
This page explains, as plainly as we can, what data reaches us when you visit drusckha.com, what we do with it and what rights you have.
Who is responsible for your data
DRUSCKHA S.R.L., registered office at Str. Apicultorilor nr. 2, Bl. Corp C, Et. retras, Camera 1, Biroul nr. 1, Ap. 15, Giroc, Timiș County, Romania; tax ID (CUI) 52394838; Trade Register no. J2025064523003.
For any question about your data: [email protected].
What we collect and why
When you write through the contact form we receive your name, email address, subject, message and the page you wrote from. We use them only to reply and, where relevant, to discuss a collaboration. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering messages and, for collaborations, steps taken before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR).
When you subscribe to the newsletter we receive your email address. We use it only to send you news from the site, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to us or replying to any of the emails.
Visit statistics (Google Analytics), only if you accept them in the cookie banner. They show which pages are read, from which country and on what kind of device, without telling us who you are. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time on the Cookies page, where each cookie is described.
Technical data. Like any website, the server receives your IP address and browser details with each request. We use them only to run and protect the site (for example, to stop automated mass submissions), based on legitimate interest, and we do not link them to your identity.
We do not sell data, build advertising profiles or make automated decisions about you.
How long we keep it
- Contact form messages: as long as needed to reply and close the conversation, and no longer than 3 years after the last message exchanged.
- Newsletter address: until you unsubscribe.
- Google Analytics statistics: up to 14 months, after which Google deletes them automatically.
- Server technical data: briefly, only as long as needed for security.
Who else has access
We use a few providers who process data on our behalf, each only as far as their service requires:
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — hosting, on servers in Finland, inside the European Union;
- Cloudflare, Inc. — domain name service and site protection;
- Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — Google Analytics, only with your consent;
- the email provider through which we receive messages and reply to you.
Where data leaves the European Economic Area (for example to Google or Cloudflare in the United States), the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting what was done before.
Write to [email protected] and we will reply within one month.
If you believe your data is not handled properly, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP, B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru nr. 28-30, sector 1, Bucharest — www.dataprotection.ro — or to the authority in the EU country where you live.
Children
The site is not aimed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change anything important in this policy, we update the date above. The version in force is always the one on this page.
